Care That Meets You Where You Are

A grounded, integrative approach that brings together clinical understanding, therapeutic skill, and personalised care to support your health and wellbeing as a whole.

Meet Your Practitioner

I believe meaningful care begins with truly seeing and understanding the person in front of me.

For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. First as a Registered Nurse, and now through my work as an integrative Ayurvedic practitioner and therapist.

Over the years, I have come to understand that wellbeing is not only about the physical body. Our experiences, emotions, lifestyle and the demands of everyday life can all influence how we feel and move through the world.

Every person carries their own unique story, which is why I believe their care should reflect that.

By bringing together clinical understanding, therapeutic touch and Ayurvedic wisdom, I offer personalised care that honours your individual needs and where you are on your journey.

At Kundalini Temple, each session is an invitation to pause, reconnect and receive thoughtful care in a space created for you.

Where My Journey Began

My journey began in nursing, where I had the privilege of caring for people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Throughout my years in healthcare, I learned that meaningful care is not only about knowledge, treatment or what we do for someone. It is also about compassion, trust, presence and taking the time to truly listen.

Some of the most meaningful moments were often the simplest, sitting beside someone, offering reassurance, listening without judgement, or providing comfort through compassionate touch.

Those experiences shaped the way I care for people today.

A curiosity about the deeper connection between the body, mind and wellbeing eventually led me to explore therapeutic bodywork, Ayurveda and restorative practices.

What began as curiosity became a continuing journey of learning and a commitment to understanding how different approaches can come together to support the individual as a whole.

Why I Care This Way

I believe health is our greatest wealth, and caring for ourselves is one of the most meaningful investments we can make.

One of the greatest lessons I have learned throughout my journey is that every person carries a unique story. Our experiences, lifestyle, emotions and challenges can influence both body and mind, which means no two people experience health and wellbeing in exactly the same way.

This understanding sits at the heart of my approach.

Rather than following a routine formula, I take time to understand where you are, what you are experiencing and what may be most supportive for you in that moment.

Drawing on clinical understanding, therapeutic experience and Ayurvedic wisdom, each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual.

My role is not simply to provide a treatment, but to create the space for you to pause, rest, reconnect and receive care — supporting you towards a greater sense of balance and awareness within yourself.

A Space To Slow Down

Rooted in wisdom, rising in wellness – this space is designed to help you feel calm, at ease, and able to reconnect with yourself.

Clients often say they feel the difference as soon as they arrive. The environment is intentionally calm, welcoming, and restorative, offering a space where you can slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself.

There is nothing to perform. Nothing to figure out.

Just a steady, grounding environment where you can let go of what you have been carrying and simply receive care. your system can begin to unwind, often before the session even starts.

Sessions are unhurried. You have time to arrive, receive, and leave feeling more grounded and at ease.
