Hina Patel
Beneath all the roles we play in life lies our truest essence — the part of us that longs to be nurtured, honoured, and heard. When we pause and reconnect with that inner space, healing naturally unfolds through the body, mind, and soul.
My name is Hina, and I created Kundalini Temple as a sanctuary for women to soften, restore, and return home to themselves. After more than 25 years in healing professions, my path has shown me that true wellness arises when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
My journey began as a Registered Nurse, where I witnessed the profound effect compassionate presence has on a person’s wellbeing. Nursing taught me to look beyond symptoms and to listen deeply — a lesson that shaped the heart of my work today.
A simple weekend massage course became the turning point that led me deeper into the world of mind-body healing. Over the years, I trained in Ayurvedic Aromatherapy and Marma Therapy, Remedial and Therapeutic Massage, Bowen Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Sound Healing, Yoga, Meditation, and NeoLifting/Holistic Facial Rejuvenation. Each modality expanded my understanding of how the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of the body interconnect.
My work took me around the world as an International Spa Trainer, teaching therapists in luxury wellness destinations. Across cultures, I discovered one universal truth: healing is a language of its own — spoken through touch, intention, and presence more than words.
Kundalini Temple was born from this wisdom.
It is a space where stillness meets strength, where self-care becomes sacred, and where women can reconnect with their inner vitality. Every session is a mindful blend of Ayurveda, aromatherapy, therapeutic touch, and energy work — an intuitive flow designed to release tension, restore balance, and awaken the light within.
My philosophy is simple:
Healing happens when your body feels held, when your mind feels calm, and when your spirit feels acknowledged.
Each treatment becomes a moment of presence — a reminder that you are worthy of care and that your body is a temple deserving of reverence.
I hold deep gratitude for the teachers, mentors, clients, and women who have shaped this path. Their trust, wisdom, and stories continue to inspire the heart of my practice.
Kundalini Temple is an invitation to pause.
To breathe.
To return to yourself.
I am honoured to walk beside you on your journey of restoration and renewal.
Rooted in Wisdom, Rising in Wellness
