We will be in touch to confirm your appointment date and time. We will require you to provide your payment details via secure link to confirm your appointment. You will not be charged until after your appointment, or in the event of a late cancellation. Read about our cancellation policy below.

What to expect for your appointment

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an intake form to share details about your health, wellbeing, and any specific concerns you’d like us to address.

For your first visit, please allow an extra 10–15 minutes for a thorough consultation to discuss your health and tailor your treatment to your needs.

If you’ve booked a body treatment, shower facilities will be available for your convenience.

After your session, we recommend drinking plenty of water and allowing the therapeutic oils to remain on your skin for a few hours to maximise their benefits.

To help us continually improve your experience, you’ll also receive a short feedback form following your visit.

Our Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and wellbeing are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the booked service. If a cancellation or reschedule is made less than 24 hours, the fee will be equal to 100% of the booked service.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
